Happy Thursday, Bullet Proof athletes!
It has been a long week with a lot of SHOULDERS! If you haven’t taken a day off and you plan on coming tomorrow for Aaron’s Bday WOD (BE THERE OR BE SQUARE!) then today should be your rest day. Seriously. Take care of your body, get in some ROMWOD or yoga or go for a run (I know, it’s raining.) Just be smart and listen to your body! Otherwise, today is a fun one similar to one of the 2014 Open WODs. May the odds be ever in your favor:
5 wall squats
10 jumping squats
15 air squats
10 leg swings per leg
2 rounds w/ 2.5’s or 5’s-
10 “snow angels”
10 bent over flys
Power snatch + Hang Snatch + OHS
Build to a heavy complex over 7 sets
15 minute AMRAP
5 MU (or progression, or ring dips, or negatives, or 30s hold)
20 wall balls (20/14)
60 double unders
Take care of your body! Be safe! Have fun & lift heavy!
