CrossFit BulletProof offers nutrition education for members wanting to learn about eating healthy and fueling their body with the right food.  Our women average a decline in pant size within the first 30 days. Men generally lose 10-15 lbs in the same time frame.

To begin we need to determine your nutritional commitment  (levels 1-3) and together we will try to achieve the best results possible. From level 1, trying to eat better to level 3, willing to give up bread/cereal, cheese/milk and sweets.

From there we can create an enjoyable meal plan and proper daily calorie intake based on your age, height, weight, activity level 1-10 (1 being a sloth and 10 being an Olympic athlete), average daily food consumption, eating habits, allergies, health problems, and favorite foods.

Most importantly you will have the knowledge and guidelines to make smart nutrition decisions outside of your meal plan and never fall for a diet fad again.
