I hadn't worked out in years and decided to join Crossfit Bulletproof to improve my health and tone. I was intimidated, not knowing what I was walking into and hearing that it was tough. Philip and the others definitely challenge you, but don't push you to overdo. They even modify workouts to lower impact so that you can ramp up to the full exercise without hurting yourself. If you're afraid of looking stupid or being the most out of shape person there, don't worry, I've already paved the way. Go check 'em out.
