Good morning CFBP athletes!
Today we are going to hit a quick (but not easy) BENCHMARK workout- Grace’s sassy best friend- ISABEL! This is a great WOD to test out your “battery” and endurance, and to see how well you can cycle the barbell at a pretty heavy weight.
Let’s keep in mind today that we DO NOT have to “RX” every workout. If this is too heavy of a weight for you to maintain proper form, LOWER YOUR WEIGHT or your coach will do it for you! We will work on snatch balances for our lift today to prepare you for that overhead work.

2 rounds, complete with barbell:
5 “jerk jumps” (no barbell)
5 jump squats
5 behind the neck strict press
5 snatch balances
Every 30s x10
1 Snatch balance, building
30 Snatches (power or squat) for time (135/95)
