We are OPEN on this rainy Monday, and we hope to see you all this afternoon! Our morning classes got after it with another benchmark- this week, we are doing one of my personal favorites, DIANE! We are giving your hands a break with some HSPU and Deadlifts- let’s do this!
2×10 GHR’s (or partner GHR’s, or back extensions)
2×10 front raises, 2×10 side raises
10 glute bridges
3 wall walks, end with nose to wall and 10 sec hold
“Diane” 12 minute cap
