What an awesome weekend. Thanks so much who everyone who came out for all of the exciting stuff going on! From Aaron’s birthday on Friday, the SkinnyPop Community WOD and Oly Seminar Saturday and my little Grid celebration Saturday night, it’s really awesome to be a part of such a great community!
I know our members learned a lot from the Oly Seminar, but us coaches did too! We will be working to implement some of our knew knowledge this week before we do another MAX SNATCH test on Thursday!
We are a little behind on getting WODIFY up, but we will have it ready soon and I’ll let you know when to expect an email.
